Healing Your Emotions

To heal your emotions:  Sit quietly with yourself and notice where in your body that the emotion is affecting you. You will then become aware of the pain that you are feeling. To heal this pain, focus on the spot of this pain and keep your attention there. Eventually, as you feel this pain and keep your attention on it, it will go away. Also make sure that you aren't thinking anything toward the emotion. Be with it like you would be with a small child who is crying. Do not judge it or make it wrong, it just needs your attention and it will get better. Your attention itself is literally like a light, and when you place it inside of these emotions in your body, the light melts away the emotion like fire would melt ice. Rinse and repeat whenever painful emotions come up until you feel better :)

How to Give Yourself the Love You Need to Feel Better

After going through some incredibly deep pain, I decided to spend what ended up being a year in isolation figuring out how to feel better. What I learned is that we have the power to feel better, all on our own - Without needing anything from any other person, relationship, or taking medication. I healed myself with no doctors or therapists or external treatment. While talking to someone can definitely help, we do have the power to feel better on our own, and that is what I am going to describe here. Truly feeling better comes from you meeting your own emotional needs. This is done in two steps: Loving yourself and reframing the beliefs in your mind. Loving yourself: If you aren't sure how to give yourself the love that you need, start by sitting quietly with yourself.
